Federal Student Aid (FSA) acknowledged on Friday that it is aware of reported issues from financial aid offices concerning tax data reported on Institutional Student Information Records (ISIRs) and is investigating those potential errors. Based on initial reports, FSA believes that these potential issues “would not affect the significant majority of all previously submitted applications.”
