NASFAA UPDATES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS

This AskRegs Knowledgebase Q&A was updated on July 15, 2026, to include additional clarification and instructions on how to contact COD to change the Loan Limit Exception (LLE) Flag. The school should start by submitting a new loan origination to the Common Origination and Disbursement (COD) System. That is the quickest and easiest way to change the LLE Flag for a student. If that does not work for some reason, the school should submit a list of records to the FSA Partner and School Relations Center by phone or password-protected email. Please join us in congratulating Nancy Beasley, FAAC®, on her new job. Also join us in congratulating Melinda Middleton on her retirement. Celebrate your own career developments by completing the "Movers and Shakers" form to share the news with your colleagues.
