The Journal of Student Financial Aid (JSFA), the scholarly, peer-reviewed outlet previously maintained by NASFAA, has moved hands. First published in 1971 under the direction of Stanford University's director of financial aid emeritus and 1979-80 NASFAA National Chair Robert P. Huff, the JSFA was developed to bring scholarly work to bear on the practice and theory of providing financial assistance to students pursuing postsecondary education. NASFAA has maintained the JSFA since its inception and in that time has published 48 volumes, the majority of which had 3 issues a piece. After careful evaluation, NASFAA in 2018 determined the JSFA would be better served in a more academic setting and as such is very pleased to announce that the Center for Economic Education at the University of Louisville is the new official home to the JSFA.
