Trump Signs Short-Term Spending Bill for FY 2027

President Donald Trump recently signed a continuing resolution (CR) to fund the government through December 11 at fiscal year (FY) 2026 levels, offering Congress additional time to work through spending negotiations for FY 2027 and prevent a government shutdown at the beginning of October.
