From Diet Coke and British mystery TV shows, to supportive mentors and understanding colleagues, these are the things our Most Valuable Professionals (MVPs) can’t function without.

The next New Director Group Coaching cohort, provided by NASFAA's Blue Icon Advisors, is starting next week. Designed for financial aid administrators with less than one year of experience at the director level, you'll work alongside a small group of other new financial aid directors as you discuss compliance-related matters, develop an operational calendar, learn about how to identify and support your staff's professional development needs, and more. The start date for the next six-week cohort is March 18, 2024. Register today to reserve your spot.

Once considered a looming crisis within higher education, the enrollment cliff is upon us. Coupled with Title IV changes, schools are looking to develop better marketing strategies and create stronger aid packages that can maintain enrollment during this time. Join us, on April 3 at 2 p.m. ET, for a lively discussion as we explore the role of financial aid in achieving enrollment goals with limited resources and a shrinking pool of students to choose from. Reserve your seat today.
