NEWS FROM NASFAA

The Office of Federal Student Aid (FSA) on Tuesday released a road map outlining delivery dates for 2024-25 FAFSA resources and confirmed that the new FAFSA will be released sometime in December this year. 

A school has a Pell-eligible student who plans to enroll during the summer term. The student will be less than half-time. Summer is a trailer to the academic year. The financial aid administrator understands that if students are enrolled full-time in both fall and spring semesters, they may be able to obtain up to 150% of the Pell Grant but is there an instance in which students can enroll for less than six credits in the summer and obtain a portion of summer Pell Grant?
