Returning Slack Users Instructions

Already in a NASFAA Slack Community?

Here are the easy steps to join a new community.

Go to https://nasfaacommunities.slack.com.
Log in with the email address associated with your Slack account.
- If you forgot your password, select "forgot password?" to reset it
Browse available public channels.
- In the left sidebar, select "Channels" (or "Browse Channels" depending on your Slack view).
Find a community you'd like to join from the list of available channels.
Select the channel name, then "Join Channel."
Repeat this process for any additional communities or channels you'd like to participate in.

Additional Tips for Returning Users

Update your profile: Select your profile picture to update your name, photo, title, or notification preferences.
Customize your Slack experience: change notification settings, star/save frequently used channels, and download the Slack app if you prefer using Slack outside of your browser.
